As we expand nationwide, we’re seeking Sales Account Managers to join our team and connect prospective clients with our full suite of creative and digital services.


Role Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding prospects through McNealy Studios’ portfolio of services. You’ll work closely with business owners and decision-makers, introducing them to tailored solutions such as:

  • Branding & Graphic Design

  • Custom Apparel & Merchandise

  • Website Design & Development

  • Digital Marketing & SEO Services

  • Content Creation & Social Media Strategies

This role is commission-based with 20% commission per project closed, offering high earning potential for motivated professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, outreach, and digital channels.

  • Pitch McNealy Studios’ services with confidence, tailoring solutions to client needs.

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver client projects successfully.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into creative solutions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.

  • Familiarity with creative services, apparel, or digital marketing is a plus.


Compensation

  • Commission: 20% per project closed (average project ranges from apparel packages to website builds and marketing campaigns).
