1. Project overview

This Scope of Work ("SOW") is entered into between McNealy Studios, Co. ("Agency") and [Client name] ("Client") to define the services, deliverables, timeline, and pricing described below. This SOW operates under the terms of the Master Service Agreement or Independent Contractor Agreement previously executed between the parties, where applicable.

2. Services and pricing

Web design and development — $75/hr

Custom WordPress design and development including research, branding, launch, and marketing setup. Starter package (domain + hosting + web design + logo) = $3,500, with 3 months complimentary maintenance, then $150/month.

Website maintenance plan — $100–$150/month

Security monitoring, malware scans, backups, plugin and core updates, speed optimization, monthly reporting, and up to 1 hour of edits per month.

Social media management and design

Standard commitment: 6-month minimum.

Graphic design services (hourly)

AI prompting / AI consulting

AI readiness assessment, strategy and workflow optimization, team enablement and workshops, and custom AI solutions (custom GPTs, image models). Priced by scope; AI image creation baseline $45/hr.

Apparel, print, and packaging design

Apparel design $75/hr · large format $75/hr · package design $45/hr.

3. Deliverables

5. Payment terms

7. Client responsibilities

Client agrees to provide, in a timely manner: logo, brand colors and fonts, brand voice guide, photography and imagery, business information, content drafts, and timely feedback and approvals at each milestone.

8. Terms and cancellation

Subscription services may be cancelled with two weeks' written notice. Design subscriptions carry a 6-month minimum commitment. This SOW is governed by the Master Agreement or Independent Contractor Agreement on file.
