Your account manager will email our social media questionnaire.  It’s important to complete and return at your earliest convenience.

We have formulated a few questions from our clients to help!  

Once you have placed your order an account manager will contact you with next steps in the social media management process.  We will ask for information about you, your company, and your industry to better understand what you want to accomplish.  

We are in business to help our clients realize brand potential, however that does cost something.  Unfortunately this type of service cannot be paid with a deposit because it is a month-to-month contract (cancel anytime). We recommend six months for effective results. 

Social Media .Management isn’t an exact science however it requires a considerable amount of time and evaluation to help our clients to be effective on social media platforms.  Creating content can be costly therefore we can up with an affordable monthly plan to spread the costs over time.  

There are two ways you can cancel your contract.  The first is to email us at info@mcnealystudios.com two before your payment date.  Subject line: cancel my account.  Once we have received the email to cancel your contract you will receive a cancellation email and your account will cancel at the end of the payment cycle. All access to your social media platforms we request you reset the passwords once your account has been cancelled.  We are not responsible for any changes, damages, or updates after the account has been cancelled. 

The cost to spread the cost over time to customers for our services has lead to some challenges.  With our recent success and growth we are working on a solution to answer our customers with direct phone calls.  Until then email is the best solution, which staff must respond withing 24hrs of any inquiry.

We are a remote online business however, we make office visits to our clients.  You can schedule an appointment anytime.  Some plans require staff to visit your office to take photos onsite or events.   If you would like to meet over coffee we can meet at any Starbucks or your favorite coffee house.
