What is your pricing structure like?
When it comes to pricing in our industry budget is key for each and every project. Some, projects costs more than others based on the amount of resources allocated towards any project. Our estimating team has years of experience when it comes to getting the right pricing structure for your project.
Can I see previous client work?
Yes, you can however some clients will not allow us to show certain projects. Projects that our company has signed and NDA agreement we cannot showcase to the public. Also, we must acquire permission from our clients to showcase their projects in our portfolio. So, it depends on what type of work you would want to take a glimpse of.
How do you handle client feedback?
Client feedback is part of our partner and agency collaboration. Our staff is ready at anytime to discuss feedback on client projects. You must consult with a people leader to help understand the nature of the feedback before we discuss with staff members who have worked on a particular project.
How many revisions do you allow?
Our standard of 3 revisions helps our agency and clients stay on track and to avoid decision stagnation. Decision stagnation is where a client or agency can make up their minds about a particular design aspect of a project. Since it cost valuable resources we have experience the rule of 3 to be the best for revisions. Some projects may require on 2 revisions do to the complexity of the project.
How do I contact customer support?
You can contact our customer service department two ways by phone or email. Sometimes email is the best because we are all working with clients to achieve their project goals. We value your time and will respond within a reasonable time frame if we are busy on the phone.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to our staff via email within seven days of the initial project deposit. After seven days your deposit is non-refundable.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes, for digital and web services only.
